One idea at a time part 2

Am wracking brains for Canton Dai Lo part II/III but in the meantime here's a continuation of the what I am reading thread.
It's Terry Pratchett's Moving Pictures. Its funny and not too cerebral but interesting enough to make you think about the puns etc etc.
Nothing heavy right now. Brain not functioning so well under weight of wedding planning.
Sighs.
And the where is my old home at Normanton. My bed is in the background - yes, messy as heck within 1/2 hr of me going home, clothes strewn all over the place. Went home cause was feeling a bit sick and well, tired. Needed to be manja-ed a bit.
But... heh... it came with a price. Checking out my spots and what not my mom prounounced that I was VERY heaty. Yes, in that voice.
Apparently am internalising all this stress and hence the bad breakout.
So, she made me drink a LOT of barley water.
So hence the libation: home brewed barley sans sugar since I'm kinda gaining too much weight already.
